Terrible service and very unprofessional. Justin told me he would show up for a job and never showed up or told me that he wouldn't be there. I texted and called several times to figure out whether or not he could show up, and received no feedback whatsoever until the very next day: "Do you still need someone to look at your boiler," and I respond "Yes." Given all the 5-star reviews of Mtn Creek HVAC I'm clearly the enigma here & really wondering what's happened. I'm very hesitant to tear down locally owned small business (I am one myself) but the only reason I'm giving 1 star is b/c zero is not an option. My wife & I own a nice residential rental property in the Woodmoor HOA (top of the hill off County Line Rd) & just before Christmas 2024 our tenants awakened one morning to a cold house. Google reviews work! Based on previous reviews, I called this team. They were able to come same day and did an amazing job fixing our HVAC. Not only that, but they took the time to explain how to properly maintain our HVAC - even the installers didn't do that! YAY! Will go to almost any part of the state. I needed multiple services to our system, Justin and Lee got us on the schedule quickly and addressed our issues efficiently with quality work. The system is now working great, and we were able to avoid significantly worse future issues. Lee went above and beyond with the installation, and craftsmanship. I really appreciate straightforward, quick, efficient and transparent contractors - Mountain Creek Heating & Cooling is a great example.
