Nothing but issues with individuals on welfare running meth labs and dealing drugs. Way to much criminal activity
It maybe a good place to raise a family, that is if you have perfect credit..the ppl who manage the park, wait until I am there for 3 months then run a credit check on me and say that I have 2 weeks to leave because my credit is bad. As long as I am paying my lot rent, why does this matter? When I live next to someone that was convicted of murder, yes, they served their time, but they meet this so called criteria for living here. Get real.
