Poor communication and follow up- promised to go to my house as ive got standing water in crawl space. Then no one showed up; no one called; no one texted. Ive probably called them 3 times a day for the past week and no one answers. Is this business still active? Or do they just dont care to communicate with potential clients? Either way, I'd see if you can find someone else-- I ended up calling Crawl Space Brothers and they seem way more professional.
This has been a very positive experience from start to completion. The process was thoroughly explained to me before I committed to this company. All questions were answered, and my contact, Jennifer, was always accessible, even in the midst of having a baby! Pictures , before and after, were provided. This entire project was done “ long distance”, and I was kept informed throughout the work. I would absolutely recommend this company!
