I am so glad I found Emily at Mountain Cove Massage, she is incredibly talented, authentic and has a huge heart. Every time I come in with an ache or pain, I leave feeling so much better. Emily takes the time to assess and work purposefully on what her clients need. She is also a wonderful Yoga instructor, I couldn’t recommend her more.
