I signed a lease with the intent of needing the services of valley wide. For a long time. Then life happened and I only made 6 months of the year lease. I was on the keep full lust and they were very good about keeping the tank full. Well I had to move and surprisingly they would not refund even the full tank of propane. I agree they had a right to keep the rental of the tank for the remaining 6 months of lease but really kind of caught off guard when they wouldn’t not refund the price of the full tank. The day our tank was being delivered, I was enduring physically violent outbursts from a ”friend“ that was living with us at the time. The man that sat the tank could tell I was upset and the stress of the situation going on I was nearly in tears by the second time I had to come out to complete payment and him show me what all was set up, done, and how to check levels, etc. He asked me if I was safe and okay- and was truly such a genuinely nice human!!! I paid my yearly rental fee on their old site as I was never informed of it being changed. The old site charged me multiple times. When I reached out to get it reversed they told me they wouldn’t clear as the account it was under is closed so payment would be rejected. All payments cleared my account. My bank has reached out to them as well as myself with no response from them. I am now out almost $300 for one rental fee. Do not do business with them.
John and his Rexburg Propane Branch do an amazing job of taking care of me and my family. They have worked with my in-laws at Island Park Builders and just switched to Valleywide Propane today. Thier knowledge and experience along with their competitive pricing is amazing. I have no doubt and can already trust them to keep me and my family happy and warm through thier years of service. When I was ready to get propane they wouldn’t fill it partially. So when I asked to take my card off file she said she couldn’t do that. I ask them to come get the tank and she said she didn’t know when and couldn’t give me a time or day. Therefore I had to go with out heat for a few days before I left the space.
