Horrible experience. they have a scheme where they wont sent ADOT information and they will not tell you until the day of your appointment. There are better options in regards to ADOT counseling reporting. And he was very rude and unprofessional when dealing with patients.
Mountain counseling has been so helpful with me getting my license back. They’re very understanding and also very supportive in my recovery. They were willing to work with me and provide the best service possible. I am so thankful for them and their help. I can not thank them enough.
