Edit: The community has gone severely downhill since I moved here a decade ago. The administration and board leave much to be desired. Instead of cameras, their response to vandalism has been to lock us out of the laundry rooms for most of the weekday and ALL WEEKENDS. Our latest alert let us know they will now be locking the dumpsters on weekday nights and all weekends and holidays. That isn't even including the constant water issues. For a starter home or rental yes. But do not buy and make this a place you’re stuck at. It is safe, lots of surveillance. However the unused tennis courts and no place for kids to safely play AT ALL is a major drawback. The pool and garden is beautiful and the new management especially Lisa is extraordinary at keeping up with 500+ units and all the needs met by owners or renters to her best ability. My husband and I have been living here for 3 years now. I do enjoy it being quiet and far enough from the highway noise. With that being said… across building 20, there has been construction going on literally everyday and early in the mornings (weekends too). They have been extremely disturbing as I have a newborn at home. There has been time where I have seen them just stand around doing absolutely nothing!!!
