Double charged what was quoted, then lied about it and NEVER responded when called. Horrible!! Not normal. AND their response below are ridiculous because I have tried contacting them several times. Each time i called or texted they refuse to talk to me. I just tried again at their place of business, but Jessica (owner) again refused to talk to me after her son got her on the phone.
