We had an extremely poor experience with this company managing our vacation rental cleaning and would strongly caution others before hiring them. Based on our experience, I genuinely do not understand how they are still in business. I went with them based on reviews and how politely Jessica responded. Double charged what was quoted, then lied about it and NEVER responded when called. Horrible!! Not normal. AND their response below are ridiculous because I have tried contacting them several times. Each time i called or texted they refuse to talk to me. I just tried again at their place of business, but Jessica (owner) again refused to talk to me after her son got her on the phone.
