If you are owner of a vacation rental property and looking for a host or cleaning services, RUN AWAY from this company. I had hired them for 2 and half months as host and cleaning services and we had 2 bad reviews out of 6. Airbnb even issued warning first and the suspended my listing. Also, no transparency in their financial dealings with them giving no access to the listing other than calendar to the owner itself. Last week we had Mountain Cleaning Services prepare our vacation rental for guests arriving on the 16th. Cleaning was allegedly performed on the 15th. Our guests arrived with no bath towels, hand towels or wash cloths at all. They had to use beach towels in a bathroom cabinet. We usually prepare the cottage ourselves for our guests insuring quality pre preparation. We have used this company a few times in past months when we are out of town.
