I needed supports under my home due to sagging from age and 1970s codes. I decided to have the crawlspace encapsulated at the same time. I contacted two companies that wanted a ridiculous amount of money for the work and in addition they wanted me to have a company come out and remove my HVAC system and ducts at my expense.
