Great and easy to work with
I had Cody to our home received an estimate with no details, asked for detailed itemized quote never received it. Called another company Roger Hammond and he was professional and prompt and very reasonable for the work that needed done. Cody indicated he had multiple crews, I would ask for E-Verify status of his crews? It is illegal to knowingly hire undocumented workers in Tennessee under both state and federal law. The last 2 years I have used Cody and his team from Mountain City Pros to do major renovations to my remodel/flip homes prior to listing.
