We had a fantastic experience with Cody and his team at Mountain-City Pros. They installed an under-deck water management system at one of our properties in July 2024, and we're thrilled with the results. Cody was very responsive, nailed the timeline, and offered very fair prices. Unpredictable things happen, and sure enough, one did (nature of these sorts of projects), but Cody handled it personally and professionally, which was impressive. We will definitely be looking to work with him again. Highly recommended!
I've used them three times Cody and his team did a good job at first two years ago I did review on ninja crawl space he was in the car but he was just meeting his men over here he's put floor supports under one room another one put floor joists under one under neath the ones that are there that termites got in and then did some calking of doors and windows hell be putting floor supports under another room soon

I hired Mountain city pros to do some foundational work, remodel, paint, and install a mini split. They can do it all. You won’t find a better guy than Cody Herring.
Mountain City Pros did a great job on my landscaping project. I needed to level out some dirt in my backyard and put new sod down, as well as update my drainage system. Cody went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the results. Any time an issue came up we troubleshooted it until it was right.
