Wade supplied me with central vac parts in a pinch. He was very accommodating and saved me from having to wait for parts on order. Really nice guy and returned all my texts/calls.

I have been getting the run around from this guy, for a filter and a wand for a very expensive vacuum (over $3000) that we purchased thru him, for at least 3 or more months now. I don't know what else to do because he doesn't have a store front, and half the time he doesn't answer his phone. Doesn't his reputation matter? What happened to integrity? Frustrated!
