We signed a contract with MCHB LLC to have a 2/2.5 cabin built on our lot in Gatlinburg, TN. There were numerous things that were not completed as discussed, underground propane tank installed on the opposite side of the home from what was discussed, breaker box mounted on exterior of home when we clearly communicated to the owner of MCHB that we wanted it on the inside of the home, among several other issues because of poor communication with this builder.
