They have been great to me, I have lived here for a few years and the staff (Brandy and Nicole) are friendly, and maintenance is fantastic.
Overall, not a bad place to live. Decently quiet, decent price. However, god forbid you need maintenance. Every time something has broken or gone wrong in my apartment, it’s upwards of 4+ days to get it fixed. This has included my water heater in winter AND my A/C unit in 90° weather. Office hours say 10a-6p, but they never answer the phone. Called morning, afternoon, and right before 6 and still no answer. Kids also run all over the parking lot, and they don’t move out of the way when you drive through, so be cautious.
This place is horrible, they do not know how to maintain a property.
