Steve came through for us and we couldn’t be happier with our new AC compressor. He was prompt, honest, knowledgeable and professional. Steve was getting ready to leave on a family vacation but made the time to visit us and assess our problem while offering us a better deal without all the upsales like the other companies. The work, done by his son Dylan, was excellent and everything runs smoothly. We highly recommend Mountain Breeze!
Steve and his team are absolutely incredible! They are a well run team and super helpful. Steve the business owner talked to us on the phone -he helped troubleshoot our HVAC that stopped working on a 98F day- he stayed on the phone with us as we sent him video- he immediately came out and his team came shortly behind him- they got right to work- the blower motor had gone out and it unfortunately required a factory part -they had it shipped express and installed it right after they received it. Steve and Matt have been the ultimate helpful HVAC guys for us. Always happy to answer a question and offer up an idea. We had Matt replace our old condenser a few years ago and it went ultra smoothly and they're just such a great, knowledgeable group. We used to use 'home services' companies but now enjoy giving our business to Mountain Breeze and other local companies that will foster a relationship with us over time. Again, just great people. 100% love this company.
We assumed our 135 year-old house could never accommodate a central air system, but Mountain Breeze made it happen. Consultation & quote was thorough and fair, installation was professional—even when our weird, old house threw a few curves their way. A great company, well-versed in the many different kinds of homes in our area. Highly recommended!
