Norm did a fabulous job fixing up a big scratch and dent on our car, and charged us less than half of what Bouchard's quoted -- perhaps by finding some clever workarounds they didn't consider. He was also super responsive by text message. Highly recommend.
Never answers their phone and never responds to any voicemails.
Best body shop in the state and the only place left that still does real rust repair. Would highly recommend.
