Arrived on the scheduled day within the time window provided. I was unable to have the work completed the first time because my water wasn't working(they do not carry their own mobile water fyi) but they were able to reschedule me for the following weekend without issue. They called before coming out both times, which is good. No pre-vacumming required from the homeowner, and they worked around the furniture at my request. Took less time than I had expected.
