I don't know what they put in their seasonal lobster mac and cheese, but it is divine. Better than Capitol Grill! Soo soo good; creamy, flavorful and down right delicious 😋. I want to go back just to try their other food menu items!!
This place is a delight! The shrimp étouffée, po boy, jambalaya, and beignets are delicious! What a nice surprise to get wonderful Cajun food in the mountains! Can’t wait to come back.
Awesome food! Beignets are better than Cafe du Monde in New Orleans. If you're in the Vail/Avon area, pull into Minturn and eat here!
Wow! Nashville Hot chicken and waffles! These gals can cook. I'll be back this winter for sure.
Wow! If you try anything Nashville Chicken is perfectly cooked with crispy skin and great spices. Jambalaya is so good. The portions are great and both (Lindsey and Abbey are kind and generous). I highly suggest taking the time to stop by this food truck.
