Had the displeasure of paying for a latte that tasted like watered down oat milk with no flavor or shots. When I notified barista she said we don’t give customers new drinks and said what I ordered wasn’t even on the menu. I said it was ok I’d just take a cup of cold brew instead. She refused. Will never enter this place again, just stick to Starbucks for quality and adherence to well made drinks. What a shame but cannot support local with rude barristas that have no customer service as well as sour lattes.
I really, really want to post a good review for this coffee shop bc of the cozy vibe, great aesthetic and nice staff… but I can’t. While their drinks are fine, the quality of other items seems a bit lacking, I’m afraid. The tiramisu left me with a sick feeling the rest of the day and the pastry I picked up on another occasion was dry and not nearly as appealing as it looked in the display case. The soup I ordered for lunch another day was a bit small and underwhelming. I think I’ll explore some of Wpg’s other shops…
