My battery died and AAA sent a very nice rep from this Mtn. Auto Service to jumpstart me to follow to the shop for a new battery. . Roxxanne, at the center of operations, was immediately courteous, and despite being continually busy, chatted easily with me while waiting for the new battery to be installed by Ryan who is more than competent, in that he goes out of his way to add more than just mechanical help, but went further to help me restore my radio and dash cam wtih a little lesson in how to manage the chip that popped ... read more
Absolutely horrible!! It's like they don't actually work. Something that should only take a couple hours takes all day and when you call to check on your car the lady who answered the phone has the worst customer service she is very rude. I would not recommend this place. Save your time and money. Go anywhere eles.
I was working Friday at the dump. My starter went out. I gave them a call took my truck in late on a Friday afternoon. They were closed on Saturday, but Alan said he’d have it finished for me Saturday. He gave me a call first thing in the morning and I pick it up at 11 o’clock. Great service I would recommend them very nice people

Great service. Happy that we have a great place to take our Subarus for maintenence. Staff is very nice and friendly and prices are reasonable.
