Why would you take appointments for oil changes, if you don't want to do them? I had 2 vehicles in need of oil changes. Arranged appointments with James to have both of them done. When James called to tell me my first vehicle was done, he mentioned a t-case fluid change and a cabin air filter to be changed, and I told him I was not interested in either of those services at this time. He saved my life and he is really handsome and professional and so genuine and trustworthy!
Farrell went beyond the normal care. First of all, they were closed and he still came out to help me for a check engine light situation. He was honest, upfront, and best bargain to get something fixed on a day he wasn’t even working. Highly recommend this place!!!! They work from the heart and not about exploiting your pockets.
