Our experience the second time around was pretty disappointing. When we decided not to fix the switch and regulator on the front two windows for $1800, they told us the diagnostic test was $450. With mechanics in the family, these cost prices were shocking as we know how easy these problems are to fix. I understand there are costs including labor to cover, but it should definitely not cost almost $2000 to fix a quick problem on a car let alone $450 to do a diagnostic. Brought in an 08 Subaru which we gave to grandkids for transportation to college. Jason fixed it up, warrantied the parts and made it a safe vehicle. He is a super guy to work with. Thank you Jason.

Why would you take appointments for oil changes, if you don't want to do them? I had 2 vehicles in need of oil changes. Arranged appointments with James to have both of them done. When James called to tell me my first vehicle was done, he mentioned a t-case fluid change and a cabin air filter to be changed, and I told him I was not interested in either of those services at this time.
