I was visiting Canmore from out of town with my family. My sister in law needed to purchase more vet grade food for her pet. The staff in the clinic were rude and very dismissive. Smiling and kindness goes a long way... and it's free :)
Popped in last week to enquire about somethings and Courtney behind the counter was lovely. Very sweet and helpful.
We had been out camping in the area and unfortunately, our dog injured himself by doing some kind of jump with a twist. As it resulted in him dragging a rear leg, it was quite scary. It required a vet visit while we were out of town and we had the pleasure of dealing with Dr. Nathan Bernadet. He assessed the injury, gave a painkiller with muscle relaxant and did a thorough exam with x-rays. This was the only vet opened on Sunday in Canmore and my dog started limping yesterday and I called to see if they could take me in (I had never been there before). They didn't have a spot so the lady said I could take an appointment for the next day and if my dog was better (which apparently happens) then I wouldn't have to come in. I took the appointment just in case because I was worried for my dog.
