I have this company as my alarm system provider for about 5 years for now. On my business location about 15000 sf and my home . I asked them several times to fix some of the sensors and the guy who showed up had really really bad attitude. I wanted to change them several times but I was under contract and later I just got busy and I didn't change them which was a big mistake. The Company is terrible at Customer service. The equipment is not quite reliable and designed without a thought about customer's convenience in mind. Examples. Just now I had to torn the panel out of the wall to stop it beeping every several seconds - after a couple of days without external power (the outlet was out of order), after fixing the outlet, this stupid panel tells me this way that the battery is low. Our Alarm company went out of business so we contacted ADT to switch our service to ADT. They came out and refused to use our existing equipment and wanted to charge us replace all of your equipment. So, we contacted Rocky Mountain Alarm and not only were they able to use all of our equipment but had us up and going in a couple of hours. We have been with them for several years now and the service has been great.
We have had Rocky Mountain Alarm for several years now and they are a good priced alarm company. We have had some issues with them including when they call to report an alrm to an off-premise number, they ask if we need medical attention. If it is an off-premise number, obviously it is not at the location. Altogether, though, they have been a good company to work with and I guess better too much protection rather than not enough.
We left another company that nickled and dimed us. They wanted to charge $160 to fix a door!! The sales rep came out and was up front on the charges. We even had the garage rewired for a reasonable price. They are very diligent to call when the alarm goes off. We have never had an issue with them nor their fees. I would recommend them in a flash. Rocky Mountain Alarm Corp, Denver – I would never live in a home again with out an alarm system. We have used Rocky Mtn. Alarm for several years and have never had an issue with our monitoring and anytime we have had to contact them they always provide excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend Rocky Mountain Alarm and advise anyone who does not have a home alarm they should certainly consider having Rocky Mountain Alarm install one.
