I have this company as my alarm system provider for about 5 years for now. On my business location about 15000 sf and my home . I asked them several times to fix some of the sensors and the guy who showed up had really really bad attitude. I wanted to change them several times but I was under contract and later I just got busy and I didn't change them which was a big mistake. Fraudulent billing – I had cancelled my service as I had cancelled my phone service many months earlier and they did not even know. Amazing, great security- no phone line for 8 months and they did not even know. What kind of bogus alarm system is this. So I cancelled and I continued to get bills even tho I spoke with the cancellation lady who is hard to get ahold of. Later I spoke with the boss and still continued to get bills.
