Unprofessional and incompetent. Issued the wrong health certificate so my pet missed the flight, eventually admitted they didn’t have the appropriate training, vet was aggressive and rude, would rather blame the client than give apology and refund. Disgraceful. I will be reporting to the USDA.
The staff there was great with our twins(dogs). The Dr is very caring.
We had an excellent visit, staff was very friendly and seemed to me that they love their job. Dr. Cosko was great at explaining everything about my cat, we did wait a bit after our appointment to get blood work etc but they were wonderful with my girl.

Excellent work all around. The way my dog was treated was as if he was a part of their family, too. The care they took in explaining everything I could ask for, plus additional information I didn't even think to ask for, shows their knowledge, expertise, and consideration. They took the time to educate me on a list of possible dangers in the surrounding area and even went into wonderful detail about the possible insurance options available.
