Mountain Air Specialist installed the HVAC system in my new construction home. The system I chose was a multi-zone inverter heat pump, and it seemed to be more complex than the installers were comfortable with. The owner had to return multiple times to correct installation issues before the system finally worked properly. When I raised concerns, they were initially dismissed until I pushed for them to be addressed. Andrew and his team really knocked it out of the park when they replaced my daughter’s mini split unit. From the time of the initial inspection to the installation and clean up, they were polite, knowledgeable, expeditious, thorough, honest, and affordable.
