when my heating system stopped I called mountain air and within a few minutes a tec was here with portable oil filled electric heaters kept me warm over the weekend and he came back early and replaced the parts left the work area clean charges very reasonable I recommend Mountain Air
We live in Johnson City. We purchased a ductless HVAC system through them and had them install it. They said at the time of installation that if we ever needed anything at all to give them a call and they would fix the issue. Tim was on-site asap and gave a quote before leaving. When the propane company proposed a month delay on hookup, Tim and crew stepped up to the plate and installed and connected the new furnace system to propane within the week after contract. I Highly recommend this company. I called on a Friday because my AC was out when I got home, it was late afternoon and they called the Technician (Sam) to see if he could stop by to check it on his way back to the office.. of course he did!! I was so happy because Sam was very nice and honest. He never tried to talk down to me or try to get me to buy anything "extra"because i am a woman and don't know anything about AC units.
