I call these people twice left messages and they never return my calls so I can't give them any rating set the fact they don't return your calls they get a one star but I will tell you folks there is a man in town his name's Travis Ward easy to find on Google and on Facebook if you need a good air conditioning person who will show up who will fix your unit and not try to sell you one And a very reasonable price I highly recommend him. We had no heat after the storm, I called Mountain Air and within an hour called back and scheduled an appointment for the same day. Actually showed up an hour early. The tech knew his stuff and had it running in about half hour. Definitely will add to contacts. Great job
My old unit was an all around pain, blowing breakers. Mountain Air took care of me. Installed split units in 4 rooms. I couldn't thank them enough. Tim was very attentive and met my expectations. I think I'll be easier to get along with now that I'm cool 😎.
Tim and Brenda have been great! We had a service appt last year and discussed the need to replace a 25 year old heat pump, with Tim's vast knowledge of HVAC we decided on a high efficiency Trane unit. The installation went great and the unit works great. Thanks!
We have two reverse cycle units. One needed repair last summer and that was accomplished promptly. Today's trip was for maintenance on both units before real winter arrives. Tim is most knowledgeable is always prompt for appointments. I would recommend this company without hesitation.
