Highly recommend this company. The owner was out within the hour of our call ,found our issue yet he helped us get immediate heat again, he canceled the service charge, and wouldn't take our money either because of the easy fix! Great Experience!

Called 3 times with no return phone call. Finally someone awnsered and scheduled me for service. The next day Matthew called me up and said he needed to reschedule do to a big job he had. It seemed all the alternate dates I had available for some reason or another would not work. We agreed I would follow up the next day with more dates of availability. I called back left a message. I received a referral to this business from a friend. I called and Micah came over the very next day to look at our issue. We needed a new AC unit and decided to replace our furnace at the same time. They had it up and running within a week of my initial call which was great because we were right in the middle of a heat wave! Two other companies we had bid the project were booked 4 weeks out and were much more expensive. They didn't try to upsell us or recommend things we didn't need. Great service! Honest, responsive/reliable and just generally nice people. I live in a newer neighborhood and have called Mountain Air twice for seasonal maintenance. Both times, after taking a look at my system I was told it looks great and there was no maintenance needed - they didn’t charge me for either service call. Their professional integrity is refreshing in a world where honesty doesn’t always win.

Matt was extremely professional and easy to work with! He answered our questions and helped us find the right solutions. We now have two mini splits and a hood vent for a wolf 48" range that work properly! He was friendly and treated our home as if it were his own. We would definitely recommend Mountain Air Heating & Cooling. Matt's knowledge and customer service were superior to other HVAC companies we had previously dealt with!
