It was a mess! They sent someone to do something completely different than what I asked for. The technician came in a different time than schedule. Everyone was really friendly though and they helped figure it out the confusion and miscommunication
Hunter was beyond great. He explained everything he was doing ,and why. He was personable and efficient. Will request him next time a problem arises. He did explain various options to different situations i inquired about and may do soon.
A little expensive, but wonderful experience. Well done
Mason tibbets came and did an awesome, efficient furnace and full system check up for us. Appreciate his friendliness and the fact he isn’t trying to upsell. Would recommend
