I highly recommend Dr Abey and the team at Mount Waverley Medical Centre. Dr Abey is a caring, professional, and knowledgeable family doctor who always takes the time to listen and explain everything clearly. This is a clinic with a great doctor (Dr.Abbey) but a totally incompetent reception, who have no regard for people’s time. You book an appointment and can be waiting for upwards of an hour at least each time! I waited 1 hr 20 minutes this time and people who came way after me were being seen. Where is the logic there? What is the point of booking an appointment if you’re going to be overlooked? Seems they need to change the reception staff as they are incompetent and unprofessional!
