Had appointment with Dr Surangi who offered me an open care plan. Unfortunately care provider asked for specifically address to them. I rung back next day Dr Surangi was off for couple of days. The staff somehow contacted her and got a new letter ASAP. all without extra charge or fuss. really appreciate staff and doctors going extra mile and helpfulness.
Very professional and Dr Abey and staff is very experience and concern on patient.
Mount Waverley Medical Services has a rude, incompetent GP named Abbey. He refused to provide sick leave on a first-time appointment and made an unnecessary fuss about it. Charging patients without offering basic care is unacceptable. This is a money-driven, low-quality service. Should report this!
