Negatives: They no longer bulk bill. So why is there still a very long waiting time? If charging private fees, we expect a better service. Got charged $90 for a 5 minute consult only to be referred to another clinic as they don't provide the service or to go to ED. Why should I pay if I'm being told to go to another service provider? I've also had to pay $70 for a telehealth consult too... Which was less than 5 mins for a medical certificate. Took my son to see Dr Jakyakumar tonight. We have never been to this clinic before and they book an appointment for us quickly, Dr Jakyakumar was great with my son and was very helpful. Great knowing they are open later on a Sunday when no one else is
