Never go here again. Doctor Ma is patient and nice, but doctor Li is not. She has no empathy, doesn’t hear what I said patiently, looks so rushy and boosy to push me out to see the next patient. 不要来，不要来，不要来！之前看马医生很耐心很温柔，但是这次马医生没有位置了预约了李医生，不知道这位医生是不是更年期或者情绪不稳定，对患者不耐心，每说一句话她都反驳我！我带着疼痛请假来找医生难道是吃饱撑的吗？！以前等二十分钟我觉得可以接受，今天等了将近四十分钟，她却很不耐烦也很粗鲁，看起来像是想要很快把我打发走好看下一位病人，时间管理失误又不是患者的问题，为什么患者要为你们的行为买单？刚才特意抽出时间来翻了很多评论，才发现许多人遇到和我同样情况，遇到疼痛的患者，这位李医生不做检查，不开血检，都让我们回去吃止痛药，还完全没有同理心，面对患者的情绪表现得漠不关心。顺便，许多人提到前台的男性，或许是诊所管理员或者拥有者吧，我听到他打电话对患者确实很粗鲁，心想为什么这样的... read more

The doctors at this clinic are caring and professional, and I've always been happy with the medical care I've received. Unfortunately, my recent experience with the Practice Manager was disappointing. I understand that clinics have their own billing policies, but the way the new MyMedicare/bulk billing policy was communicated made me feel unwelcome and pressured. Excellent service from start to finish. The staff were welcoming, Dr Wei Ma was attentive and professional, and everything was explained clearly. The clinic was clean, efficient, and made the whole visit very easy and stress-free. Highly recommended.
