If I could give a zero star rating, I would! I usually don’t come across so strongly while I provide reviews, but, this place is anything but usual! The people manning the front desks are beyond rude - especially the make receptionist. He is rude, egoistic, comes across as someone who doesn't care and his choice of words is appalling! One star because the doctor Sophie is good otherwise manager , reception and their policy👎🏻 . Very poor experience with this clinic even with the booked appointment the waiting time is unnecessarily long. Tele health is even more frustrating- there is no scheduled time. Doctor can call at any time of the day. This make it impossible to work or manage your day. Dr Ma is understanding, friendly and professional care. I have seen here for a number of years looking after my health. When I'm unwell I'll book an appointment to see Dr Ma. Thank you for looking after well.
Never go here again. Doctor Ma is patient and nice, but doctor Li is not.
