Nice but useless
I visited this clinic while traveling in Melbourne. While the doctor was professional, a male staff member at the front desk—who appeared to be in a managerial role—was extremely rude and unprofessional. He publicly questioned me at the desk, asking, “You don’t even know your own address?” He also unfairly criticized me for standing at the front desk to complete paperwork, even though I had already finished filling it out and was simply discussing details with the female front desk staff.
