Extremely disappointing experience I had a terrible experience at this clinic due to the unprofessional and rude behaviour of the female receptionist. After waiting 50mins to be seen, I asked for an update, as my 3yr old was in great discomfort. Instead of offering any empathy or assistance, she rolled her eyes and dismissively replied "we can't decide how long the doctor will see the patients." While that may be true, a more professional and empathetic response would have made a difference. We didn't feel welcomed at all. T... read more
