My recent experience as a patient’s family member left me feeling humiliated and embarrassed because of the unwelcoming manner in which the Chinese-speaking receptionist, Sherry, addressed me and my two young children. nice friendly staff and Dr Kong was so easy to understand
Friendly staff very professional and informative
My mum had cataract surgery done with Dr Kong. The whole process was smooth and recovery was fast. The care shown by the surgeon and the team was obvious throughout the whole experience. Thank you Mount Waverley Eye Surgeons!
