Really frustrated and disappointed about the service here. My partner and I booked in about 2 weeks ago for yellow fever vaccinations as we are soon heading overseas. It was made very clear to the receptionist that we needed vaccinations for 2 people. BUPA’s taken over and I’m already getting marketing calls pushing health checks, when I enquire the local team know nothing about it.
Today at 2:40 PM (Friday), my 19-year-old daughter and I attended this clinic for a blood test. She had been fasting since 10 PM the night before. The staff member who was supposed to perform the test began asking unusual questions that we have never been asked before in previous tests. She insisted that fasting must be under 15 hours and focused on a one-hour difference, which was unnecessary and unreasonable. Recently moved here after being at another practice for over 20 years. Very happy, staff courteous and helpful. The pathology and nurses medical room have been excellent. Parking is perfect, howver I usually walk. Dr Tiffany Kwok has been most supportive and interested in my wellbeing. I look forward to a long standing relationship wth this clinic.
