Recently moved here after being at another practice for over 20 years. Very happy, staff courteous and helpful. The pathology and nurses medical room have been excellent. Parking is perfect, howver I usually walk. Dr Tiffany Kwok has been most supportive and interested in my wellbeing. I look forward to a long standing relationship wth this clinic.
I left Mount Waverley Clinic after 16 years. I stayed for so long because Dr Matthew was excellent, but sadly the care declined after he passed. My daughter was dealing with ongoing health issues and the doctor we saw was cold and dismissive. The final straw was being forced to book an unnecessary appointment just to get a referral we had already received. We have since moved to a new clinic that listens and genuinely cares.
Two different doctors prescribed my 1yr old son with antibiotics when they should have known it was a fungal issue, not bacterial. With new evidence showing antibiotics should only be used as a last resort, especially in children, I feel the care by the doctors was very poor. An addit to the below reply.... I don't dispense public reviews lightly and would therefore never provide miss information. I have been a patient at Mount Waverley Clinic for 5+ years and, having been to a couple of GPs in the area, the people and practice are super professional and helpful with all my health needs. Dr. Daniel Chen is very thorough, going above and beyond to ensure I get the best advice and medication. Also, they have an in-house pathology run by Maria. I highly recommend Mount Waverley Clinic as great GP in the Waverley area
