I had a confirmed Telehealth appointment at 12:00 pm and waited over 1 hour and 10 minutes with no call or update. When I contacted reception, I was simply told the doctor would call “when available.” A 10–15 minute delay is understandable, but expecting patients to remain on standby indefinitely is unacceptable and unprofessional. Really frustrated and disappointed about the service here. My partner and I booked in about 2 weeks ago for yellow fever vaccinations as we are soon heading overseas. It was made very clear to the receptionist that we needed vaccinations for 2 people. The receptionist confirmed that there would be someone licensed who could administer the vaccinations and we confirmed the time. We arrived to the clinic early (which was a mistake).
