unfortunately we had to cancel our room a day before our booking due to a medical emergency! I didn't get his name, but the person i left a voicemail with was so understanding and compassionate he was able to help us. When we can make it up to Oliver, this will be our choice to stay EVERY time!! I thought customer service was dead but the Mount View Hotel renewed my faith.

A pleasant surprise! Never know what is in store when we stay at budget friendly motels, and this place was definitely a pleasant surprise! Fresh, clean ,updated with care and renovated really nicely. Had a well stocked kitchen with dishes ,cooking utensils, toaster, kettle, microwave, full stove and apt size fridge with good sized freezer.
