Booked an appointment to see a GP. Arrived 10 minutes early to be told the doctor has "ducked out". Waited another 40 minutes before the doctor appeared to grunt my name and then shut the door in my face when I said we might not have time for the appointment now he's so late.
I have had a two + year acquaintance with this practice; for severe mental health issues and management of pain. It has been a difficult road we've travelled but NOT ONCE did Dr Allan ever let me down, rushed me thru an appointment or break any rules. Now Dr Maryam has joined the practice and is as passionate as Dr Allan in women's and holistic health. Very experienced doctor who is friendly and understanding
The receptionist Jen was the loveliest and most helpful medical receptionist I’ve ever met. She was so genuinely kind and helpful. The practice is also really lovely, even the waiting area is nice.
