I have had a two + year acquaintance with this practice; for severe mental health issues and management of pain. It has been a difficult road we've travelled but NOT ONCE did Dr Allan ever let me down, rushed me thru an appointment or break any rules. Now Dr Maryam has joined the practice and is as passionate as Dr Allan in women's and holistic health. Very experienced doctor who is friendly and understanding
The receptionist Jen was the loveliest and most helpful medical receptionist I’ve ever met. She was so genuinely kind and helpful. The practice is also really lovely, even the waiting area is nice.
Absolute joke app at 1:30 no one in the office wait half an hour still no one we leave get half way home they call saying they are ready?? Late lunch? Let people know we have better things to do than wait around very unprofessional and it's not just a one off either there is always at least an hour wait at least time for a different doctor some one that actually cares about their patients
