Great Dr – When having my first child, I was alittle worried. Dr Bynum totally put me at ease and made the idea of a c-section alot less scary! Now on my 2nd pregnancy, I can't even imagine using anyother Dr!!!!!!He doesn't sugar coat anything....if there is a problem he will let you know right away and will go above and beyond to help you figure out the best solution and one that you are comfortable with. I love this Clinic – I have went to this clinic for years. My doctor is Dr Knudsen. I think all the doctors and nurses are wonderful. They really go out of there way to make sure you feel welcome and importent. They front office call me by my first name when i come through the door and they are very pleasent.and helpful. In reference to the last reveiw left., F.S.A provides checks also. Easy fix...
Great Doc, Bad Staff – It's challenging. I love Dr Roland and the nurses there. The office/business part, has me finding a new doc and location. They do not accept credit cards so you can't use your F.S.A . card--except that they told me they'd take a card for charges over $50. The staff is cranky and inflexible. My largest complaint is the way the business is ran. That said, the medical care is exceptional.
