Was introduced here by a friend and it has been a true experience for me. From meeting Frank to then later being introduced to one of the duola’s Sheleen. Working with Sheleen has been a breath of fresh air. She really has taken her job serious and made my process so easy and comfortable as this is my first child. Wait times are horrendous and every office is understaffed. Waiting 4+ hours for a simple appointment is absurd.They make taking care of your health feel like an obstacle and it’s obvious they don’t care about their patients! DO BETTER!!!!!!!
This is the worst medical facility. I’m passionate about my health and my community wellbeing. I needed a refill and was told by the doctor I need proof. It’s not a narcotic!! This isn’t true. I’ve seen other healthcare providers for the first time and NEVER had to show proof. The Westchester Community Health Center is outdated. Providers I’ve seen got access to my medical records or otherwise were still able to write a prescription. I felt like I was in a third world country. I would NEVER go back. Friday, January 24, 2025: Today was my first time at this clinic to see Dr. Raymond Tun. He was kind & informative, however - before I was called, while waiting in the waiting area...Dr. SAMUEL was in and out of the waiting area and for us first timers we had questions about arrivals & check in. She displayed an arrogant demeanor and was basically rude to EVERYONE and she answered no one's question.
