I had the pleasure of being Nancy patient, my experience was excellent she answers all your questions, explains in detail regarding the type of service you will be having and she let's you know after your service how to maintain your teeth until next visit.I was very satisfied
The dentists are amazing & so so kind but their oral surgeon is not. I went here to get my wisdom teeth removed and they left the cut in my mouth open. It got very infected and my whole face broke out into a big swollen rash. The emergency on call line did not answer for 2 whole days over the weekend (supposed to be available 24/7). I found this place that my insurance accepted. I wanted my biannual cleaning bur never got it. They instead took X-rays which was fine and the dentist poked around and suggested a deep clean instead due how bad my gums were. After seeing how much they were going to charge my insurance and me out of pocket, I denied the service and left. In my opinion, $3k for a deep clean is crazy and me paying $600 was crazy also.
