Clean place but not enough equipment, had to take my son with me a couple times due to his mom working, and they cancelled my membership claiming it was theft.
We love our gym! Always clean and plenty of machines and space to create your own style of workout 🏋️

The gym in Mt. Vernon has all the equipment you could need to get in a great workout and stay healthy. It's spacious, clean, and has friendly hometown service.
Don’t know why it says Dale; when instead it should be “Karen “. I absolutely love going here. It is very clean and friendly. Also I feel very safe there. And if you have a question about the equipment, there is always someone to help you with it. It is one of my favorite places to be
