Cutest little community! I always feel safe and the property has plenty of open space and is very walkable. Also right near the highway for travel convenience! The application process is easy and management/maintenance is always prompt and responsive.
I lived at Mount Vernon for 3 years. I was pretty satisfied with my experience. I liked the location of the complex itself, being secluded and off the busy road. I did enjoy my apartment. It was well known that cats were welcome, which was good. I appreciated the fact that you could have a storage unit to store more of your stuff, close by. The staff were always kind. Been a resident here for almost a decade. Why I am here is because we needed to downsize as my wife and I started a new family... do I like the place? There's definitely worse out there, but for more than what you pay here (admittedly is a bargain considering the market currently). Don't know why Google says there's a pool - there never has been during my stay here. When we call to ask anything all we get is an attitude, and then is escalated - because these children in the office can't handle any amount of confrontation. In... read more
