I’ve really enjoyed living at Mt. Vernon Apartments. Irene, the property manager, is always attentive, helpful, and quick to address any concerns. The property is well maintained, and it’s clear that management takes pride in keeping the community looking nice. The neighbors are friendly, and overall it’s been a great place to call home. I would definitely recommend Mt. Vernon Apartments!
8-year resident and couldn't be happier with my experience. Great location and fantastic staff. Maintenance team is awesome and responds quickly to any issues. A lot of work has been done to modernize the property, including unit renovations and adding fiber optic internet access. Highly recommend Mount Vernon!

Cutest little community! I always feel safe and the property has plenty of open space and is very walkable. Also right near the highway for travel convenience! The application process is easy and management/maintenance is always prompt and responsive.
I lived at Mount Vernon for 3 years. I was pretty satisfied with my experience. I liked the location of the complex itself, being secluded and off the busy road. I did enjoy my apartment. It was well known that cats were welcome, which was good. I appreciated the fact that you could have a storage unit to store more of your stuff, close by. The staff were always kind.
