Been a resident here for almost a decade. Why I am here is because we needed to downsize as my wife and I started a new family... do I like the place? There's definitely worse out there, but for more than what you pay here (admittedly is a bargain considering the market currently). Don't know why Google says there's a pool - there never has been during my stay here. It's a 2bdrm, we are given one assigned parking space for the two of us, and neighbors are constantly fighting for visitor spots. No other lot seems to have this issue somehow though.. I lived at Mt Vernon for almost 7 years. It was the perfect place for that time in my life. The office staff were always very helpful and the maintenance team amazing and very responsive. The property is well maintained. If I didn’t change my car and needed a garage I would still be there. The rent is very reasonable. The 2nd bed perfect because I worked from home and it is a lovely place to walk.
