MVF installed an encapsulation for me. There's been some problems with the entry door. It's rather large, however MVF has always been there to address and fix the problem promptly. Today Justice came out and in this 90° heat fixed all of my concerns. He was attentive and knew exactly what to do. He worked so hard...thanks Justice! A great company is not a perfect company, but one that's willing to address the imperfections and make it perfect!
The installers (Patrick E.; Bryson B.; and Shawn) worked together and completed our project in less time than scheduled. They were professional and knowledgeable of their work and explained what they were doing in a simple manner. I give each of the three 5 STARS! Great Job by each!
Everyone at Mount Valley has been a pleasure to work with. Mike Wideman and Chris Ross were great in the walkthrough and answering any questions. Team Herman & Gurman (Andres, Kelsey, and Q-Bert) did an amazing job on the foundation. I would certainly recommend Mount Valley to anyone who is looking at their services.

I contacted Mt. Valley to get a quote on a foundation repair and to investigate some sagging wood floors in my over 100 year old home. Don performed the inspection, was extremely knowledgeable and provided me with three options. We opted for installing 4 helical piers to shore up foundation and 6 floor support jacks to reinforce floors. The installation was pretty seamless with Tommy and DJ our two foremen. The support jacks provided almost immediate noticeable difference in the sagging. Would absolutely recommend.
