The guys we had did a fantastic job.. not only did they get us in a month before our scheduled time they finished early as well… very professional and easy to work with
Job is not finished and they have had to leave and come back three times so far for a one day job. I am extremely frustrated with a company that comes out for 2 to 3 hours at a time and expects me to be at their beck and call. So far I cannot say I would recommend mount valley.
Brett Light Is an amazing salesman, and a truly knowledgeable employee. He was patient and kind and was always available for us. I he was rated on a 1 to 10 scale he is a twelve!! The crew that came and did the work was very knowledgeable about the products. They also cleaned up after themselves and were polite. We would highly recommend Mount Valley Foundations.
Good Luck getting anyone to call you back with an issue. I have called four times since late November 2024 and each time I am told a project manager will be in touch within the next few days.. never hear back from them. After they take your money they do not care abut their customers. My most recent call was today and was given the same response, " I have made them aware and they will be in contact with you shortly". I am not holding my breath, but their is always hope. I have personally used them before for a quote and have had acquaintances use them. This is a general warning for general population. They are not in the business of practically resolving problems or truly identifying them. They are in the business of selling packaged solutions with high profit margin. An example, I've seen them quote entire crawlspace encapsulation of a home, which clearly had a ditch (improper elevation by SC code) along the exterior perimeter , with no gutters for proper water flow.
