Carlos is awesome! I have been renting from Mount Storage for about a 1 year now, there prices are fantastic. They respond in a quickly matter. I really appreciate them and if you are looking for a storage unit i highly suggest Mount Storage.
please be advised that your belongings are not safe here. I lost everything I had in a 5x5 storage. What wasn't ruined by water damage was infested with rats. I ended up digging out a few personal items and shutting the unit and calling it a total loss. I never got a call back on the insurance process, but I did get a call on the late fee notice and the lock out notice. I lost everything in my life. Don't let this happen to you.
Well, the greed of this place has been and will be very high. Also, this place is totally infested with rats getting in the storage units. It's dirty, filthy, nasty and gross!! There are much better places especially if you VALUE your valuables. The infestation is unexcusable
Great local storage. We reserved and filled the unit same day. Prices are reasonable and the location is convenient
