Before today I would have given this place a 5 star review. That has changed completely over a letter I just received in the mail saying my child can't be seen there anymore due to having to reschedule appointments because life happens and children get sick. I thought rescheduling and not bringing my sick child into a dentist office and spreading germs was a good idea?! I guess that doesn't matter to them. I asked to reschedule my children’s appointments via text and received a reply with only a new date and time, nearly five months away, with no additional communication. There was no offer to place my children on a waiting list, no attempt to split the appointments up to get them seen sooner, and no effort to discuss other options.
