I recently had the privilege of staying at Mount St Rita Rehabilitation Center, and I can’t express enough how positive my experience was. This place is the worst place. No visitors allowed in the building. You need to make appointment 1 to 2 weeks in advance to visit. Cell phones are not allowed. They will take your phone and lock it up. So, you cannot make any phone calls to anyone. No phones in your room either. One visitor is allowed by appointment only and the visit will be held outdoors for a very limited time. No one is allowed to see the living conditions of the rooms. This place is a living nightmare and a jail. This place is the exact example of the movie on netflix called" I CARE A LOT". They took my grandmothers phone and locked it up. There are no phones in the rooms. they wont allow my grandmother to make any phone calls. The doctors and nurses don't call you with any updates. This place neglects their patients in so many ways.
