Came to ER in March for a gallbladder attack. I was seen right away as there was nobody else waiting. I was in extreme pain. The nurse was very attentive as well as doctor. They were able to give me something right away for my pain. I had to be transported to Sisters due to my gallbladder situation and everything went smooth and quickly. I know St. Mary's sometimes can get a bad rap but on this day I couldn't have asked for more perfect care which I was appreciative for.

Went to the ER today at St Mary’s they are so kind and caring had the best care. When you’re not feeling good it helps when the staff is so good to you right from checking in at the front desk to the The triage, nurse and x-ray technician and Doppler the nurses and PA were all amazing. Thank you so much for such great care.
Where to start? The level of care administered by Nurse Val was AMAZING!! The doctor was GREAT! The ER Charge Nurse was a different story!! No level of care and compassion!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! Works at a CATHOLIC HOSPITAL and tells me that the hospital is responsible for administering care but not responsible for getting me home!! DO BETTER!! Get a few free ride passes from NFTA or something!! DO BETTER!!
I don't know why this is so poorly rated, had to go in for a (and the doctor did say this) "exploded leg" because I whacked it playing lava monster so hard that it exploded open and they stitched it up in as quick of a time that could be expected for a tiny hospital at like 11pm in niagara new york. The nurse who stitched me up was so sweet and made great conversation and when I got home they were a little confused by the choice of stitch material but it healed up great with minimal scarring so I'll count that as a win.
