Don’t go here, especially if you’re from out of town, in pain, scared, and don’t want to be treated like you’re invisible. I was directed here from an urgent care after taking a bad fall upon arriving to NYC and had lacerations to my mouth. I went through security, checked in and spent the next half hour knowing that I had made a huge mistake. I have no idea why this place has negative reviews. I was in the ER for 9 hours. But the all the doctors and nurses were kind and professional
Just the worst. Keep kids with high temperature for 7 hours and did nothing. No tests, nothing, literally probably better google symptoms or something
The afternoon shift of nurses are the slowest and rudest people ever. Especially the tall Caucasian bald nurse. I came before in the early morning on a weekend and they were much kinder and quicker! Get better staff that actually do their job. I was in a cold room with a robe on for HOURS to the point that I even fell asleep. The emergency room wasn’t even packed.
