I was very pleased with the care I received the nurses and doctors was very polite and show care and concern wait time was not long thank you all
Do not go here unless you won’t survive by trying to go anywhere else. They are so disorganized. I was brought to a room and left there with no call button or anything for 90 minutes before a nurse came to check on me. They admitted they forgot to assign a nurse to me. Barely had any face time with any doctors. But when I did, there were 2 different doctors who weren’t communicating with each other and providing different treatment plans. Excellent. Absolutely excellent. The Doctors and the Staff are incredible. They should walk and all of us clap as we did for Covid. Dr Henry Ackerman went out of his way to be nice, gentle, explain in simple words everything. Dr Alex Bonilla, the same. He also would come and tell me what would happen next and why. Before that, every nurse and staff member was kind, had a smile when talking to patients. Doctors go to school for so many years and the main satisfaction they have is not money, is to cure. Arrived at 11am on a Sunday and was seen in triage immediately (literally spent zero time in waiting room) and then was seen within 30 minutes by a doctor. Overall the medical staff was excellent and well-informed. I was given pain meds + sent to imaging within the first 4 hours or so. Only downsides overall were how crowded the central ER area was (sorta felt like sardines) and the wait time after the imaging - even though I was was told I was going to be admitted/brought upstairs by 5pm, no beds were available until 4am so... read more
