Waited an hour in the waiting room before I went up to the desk to ask and they FORGOT TO CHECK ME INTO THE SYSTEM. Making doctors unaware I was even there. Then they put me in the wrong section where they couldnt find me for another hour. Finally, a younger Asian male doctor (didn't catch his name) medically gaslit me when I explained to him my symptoms. His tone was dismissive and condescending. While struggling to walk, I was repeatedly rushed by staff despite explaining my pain level. When I finally spoke with the physician, I felt dismiss... read more
Most of the Emergency Room staff, nurses, and doctors were all very kind, knowledgeable, and very quick to see us get things moving. My spouse was sent to the ER by his doctor and was admitted after 2hours, however, we spent 31hours in the ER waiting to go upstairs, this was the worst part. The ER staff and upstairs staff do not communicate or work... read more
