I’ve been consistently really impressed with this ER. They’re fast, very thorough/attentive, and they take your concerns seriously.
If this place wasn't so close to me, I would never come here again. This is by far the worst urgent care I have ever visited. If I could give it zero stars, I would. The doctors and nurses, especially the evening staff, came across as though they genuinely disliked their jobs. Waited an hour in the waiting room before I went up to the desk to ask and they FORGOT TO CHECK ME INTO THE SYSTEM. Making doctors unaware I was even there. Then they put me in the wrong section where they couldnt find me for another hour. Finally, a younger Asian male doctor (didn't catch his name) medically gaslit me when I explained to him my symptoms. His tone was dismissive and condescending. I was in and out in under 4 hours. Everyone was incredibly kind and patient and took the time to answer any of the questions I had. Very competent and lovely staff from the doctors to the custodians. They even stored my items that weren’t allowed in the hospital for me so I didn’t need to throw anything away.
Came into the ER at 6 pm on a Saturday my lady friend became dizzy and nauseous after having one cocktail at a local restaurant.Nurse Practitioner examined her and ordered some blood work etc They immediately knew she was not intoxicated and determined it was from her using a weight loss medication that she recently started taking at a higher dosage and the alcohol mix.Her system was not adjusted to the higher dosage yet and she had a reaction.After a few hours she felt better and was released.
