I have no idea why this place has negative reviews. I was in the ER for 9 hours. But the all the doctors and nurses were kind and professional
Just the worst. Keep kids with high temperature for 7 hours and did nothing. No tests, nothing, literally probably better google symptoms or something
The afternoon shift of nurses are the slowest and rudest people ever. Especially the tall Caucasian bald nurse. I came before in the early morning on a weekend and they were much kinder and quicker! Get better staff that actually do their job. I was in a cold room with a robe on for HOURS to the point that I even fell asleep. The emergency room wasn’t even packed. Like the most if the commenters here, I was ignored in the er as well. I came in for SVT episodes. When I came in, the drs and nurses were fantastic. Then they downgraded me and they could care less. I was put in a room in the er with an awful nurse who ignored me, made me feel as if I didn’t matter, and was just made to feel awful. No one would even come and check on me. I went to the ER after two weeks of persistent fever / dry cough. The doctors immediatly understood that something was going on. They acted swiftly, did a series of tests and analyses and came back with the results very quickly showing a bacterial infection (despite having been told otherwise in other places). They finally provided me with great explainations and more importantly with the right medecine.
