Michal and Shelbi are the absolute best! They always bring creative, fun groups to our schedule. They also make sure to get any packages to you asap, especially if it is something that you came to treatment without. They are incredibly caring!
this place saved my life years ago!
This used to be the best rehab I've ever been to. A place that felt like home where everyone cared and was helpful. But now it's sad. There's only a few employees that give a damn or aren't lazy and the rest refuse to do anything. Ive been trying to get my completion letters for court and it's been almost 2 whole weeks now and I can't even get someone on the phone at the center that can help. Mount Sinai provides a supportive and therapeutic environment and is staffed by some of the most caring professionals one could hope for during the recovery process. Upon arrival, I was formally welcomed and given comprehensive information regarding the lodge, cabins, and daily operations on campus. Unum has requested the medical records multiple times and mt Sinai hasn't sent them. It was requested the second of this month and I talked to the lady the seventh. I need those records to be sent so I can keep my short term disability. There's healing that can happen here, but not being able to take care of my family while in recovery makes me regret the decision of coming here
