Admin, some staff, and reception lack empathy and a patient-centered approach. There appears to be poor internal management, with some staff seeming to avoid responsibilities by appearing overly busy. Overall, a disappointing experience with minimal focus on compassionate care.

This is one of the worst departments i have come across at mount sani. Clearly understaffed, there is no one in front of the departments but yet there is a bottle and fruit to make it seem like someone is there but you have to go to another department to check in.the front desk person came a few times and didnt even ask if anyone is checked in. 24 hours before my appointment it gets canceled when i made the trip from Connecticut and it gets rescheduled the day i need to leave back 8 am but i got skipped by others and the doc... read more

I received great care and service. Doctors and staff are A1. Parking in the area is nearly impossible but that is the only negative aspect I experienced.
