I had to have a bone marrow biopsy, my second one. The first was not easy. This one was a big improvement, all due to the sensitive, attentive care of Kalina and Ebony. Kalina did the actual procedure and she made it much less painful. She explained everything fully, and let me know what to expect every step of the way, which made a big difference.

Save yourself. My mother just had surgery with here with Dr. Monica Prasad on Monday 9/30, and had to go to the ER the next day 10/1 and is now admitted for days after the surgery. I’m writing this from my mother’s bedside in another hospital. This is dangerous and unsafe, the nurses and staff and everyone rushed my mother out immediately after her surgery and now my mother is admitted at another hospital. I have been a patient here at the hematology and the therapeutic center since 2019. The staff and nurses have been kind and my dr is wonderful. The fact that he comes in, pulls up the chair and speaks to me directly and doesn’t turn his back while staring at a screen makes me feel that he is actually listening to my concerns and has my best interest in mind.I’m so happy I found this clinic.
