They sent me test results for another patient and never bothered to follow up.
The MRI procedure was fine. Had no issues. The reason I am giving 5 stars is because of the help I received from Marisa. I needed a disc copy of my images ASAP for a procedure I am having done this morning. I called when they opened and told her the situation. When I got there rather than having to fill out forms and such first and then they make the disc, it was there waiting for me! The app has no place to request an mri appointment and no one answers the radiology department phones.
I wish to give them a ZERO for customer service. Chris kept transferring me to different departments, different operators. No one helped me with my issue. It is so hard to speak to someone at the front desk at 425 West 59th Street, Suite 6C. I lost my reading glasses and wanted to speak to someone at the front desk. Mount Sinai operators lack professionalism, empathy, and kindness. Mount Sinai has the worst customer service representatives.
Horrible. Can't even collect the authorization number. People don't know what they are doing there.
