I wish to give them a ZERO for customer service. Chris kept transferring me to different departments, different operators. No one helped me with my issue. It is so hard to speak to someone at the front desk at 425 West 59th Street, Suite 6C. I lost my reading glasses and wanted to speak to someone at the front desk. Mount Sinai operators lack professionalism, empathy, and kindness. Mount Sinai has the worst customer service representatives.

Horrible. Can't even collect the authorization number. People don't know what they are doing there.

Need to start researching google on Mount Sinai campuses. Did a mammogram and tech that took care of me was horrible. The form the tech is filling out take it away from her. The front desk never checked me in. Got to the appt 15 mins early waited 45 mins then another 15 mins in the back then another 15 mins in the exam room. Today spoke to Chris (call center) FYI, your customer service is the WORST. Chris whomever you transfer me to made matters worse, they hung up on me. Terrible patient services. I could not get through and filled out a form to have someone call me to schedule an appointment. I was called this morning and given the telephone no. which appears here to make my own appointment.
