Don’t bother filling out the forms online or uploading insurance. They ask for everything again. Hospital, why spend on a fancy MyChart app if it’s not going to be integrated with the offices? Other than that, the staff was nice and it was quick.
Horrible staff, unorganized, rude
As a former smoker I've been part of the Lung Screening Program at Mt Sinai for almost twenty years. As a result, I've had to go to one of the two radiology units at Mt. Sinai, usually the one on Madison Ave. once a year for a low dose CT w/o contrast. Even though the waiting room has always been full, I've found the people at the Check-In Desk to be friendly at best and businesslike at worst.
