The operator provided an appointment for Sunday November 16 at 3 pm and asked me to arrive at 2:30 pm. I arrived at 2:15 pm to find out that my appointment had been rescheduled for Saturday November 29th!!! Not coming again to this joint!! This is not a professional environment. I had encountered twice before difficulties with appointments in this same JOINT (not a medical office) I’m always on time to my appointments and I never miss them. I hope that NO ONE books an appointment in this place.
Front Desk was super friendly and my technician (Jianyi) went above and beyond for me for an ultrasound. Hard to get an appointment, but worth the wait :) Went on a Saturday 10/11 so shoutout to the whole team there
Don’t bother filling out the forms online or uploading insurance. They ask for everything again. Hospital, why spend on a fancy MyChart app if it’s not going to be integrated with the offices? Other than that, the staff was nice and it was quick.
