Amazing staff and amazing doctors. My daughter was seen at another hospital system and switched to Mount Sinai they are more than amazing and talk to the child to make sure they understand everything going on. And even ask the child if they have questions
My son needs surgery for a Hydrocele. I wanted to make an appointment w dr Stock but was redirected to make an appointment w the newly arrived to practice Dr Casale w all the reassurances that he is an excellant dr. I explained to the office i needed to set up a surgical date while my son is on Easter break b/c he has already missed alot of school. I was again reassured this would not be a problem.
